Euro Kids — not providing documents on rules and eligible documents required for admission

I have visited euro kids branch of sardarnagar and asked mr ailani to provides documents on rules and required documents for admission where it is mentioned that separation or divorced paper are not required at the time of admission if parents are not living together. He told me to go to the court and file a case than he will provide the document. Is this the way to answer by the authorized person to parents. Kindly take the necessary action or i will file a against euro kids
