Myself dr nitin patil purchased lok from plywood house tv center aurangabad hardly 2km from my house, while purchasing it was told free installation, though I tried from my carpenter but somehow it was not possible for him. So i contacted the retailer regarding free installation, so he gave me sujit pardeshi mob no, so I contacted him but he said my area does not cover free installation and demanding me 200 rupees for installation. Sir I thought europa is really a reputed company, myself own a main door lok from same company costing around 15000, but now I really feel disgusting selecting your company lok, my residence is in corporation area and its in city dont provide fake reason, if problem is not solved I have no other option to return your lok, 200rs is not big amount for me but I dont feel ethical.
