Res. Sir, Out of 10 europa door locks, 3-4 lockshave been loosened from the door notch within 1 year of installation, so it's a kind request to be repaired or replaced at the earliest. Thanking you....

We proured your lock in chennai F 360s locks and installed in madurai forour site. We faced the issue all locks are opening in same keys . we need a keys for sepately for all locks. Kindly check and do the needful

Main door 1 latch and 8 cylindrical locks were fitted by your company.
Only 1 cylindrical Lock fitting was pending from last month.
Please look into this matter as urgent basis.

Myself dr nitin patil purchased lok from plywood house tv center aurangabad hardly 2km from my house, while purchasing it was told free installation, though I tried from my carpenter but somehow it was not possible for him. So i contacted the retailer regarding free installation, so he gave me sujit pardeshi mob no, so I contacted him but he said my area does not cover free installation and demanding me 200 rupees for installation. Sir I thought europa is really a reputed company, myself own a main door lok from same company costing around 15000, but now I really feel disgusting selecting your company lok, my residence is in corporation area and its in city dont provide fake reason, if problem is not solved I have no other option to return your lok, 200rs is not big amount for me but I dont feel ethical. And sorry will never purchase your company lok

The servicemen who came to install locks in the residential area did not install the locks properly and left the house dirty without proper cleaning leave alone their arrogant behavior. Dissatisfied with the company's standard and treatment of customers they do not get the value of customers. Never buying locks from this company as well as will recommend everyone against buying it.

After sale service when it comes to Installation of the purchased lock is not done. Your so called Customer Service is very bad in responding the call. They are rude and dont understand the importance of anything. If we get to purchase a product its the responsibility of the product dealer to provide the necessary services. Nothing is given free I have spent the said price but when it comes to installation the Europa lock it is not done. Installation people are rude and dont respond well.

Will never again purchase any product going forward from Europa.

Europa locks gets locked up from inside automatically without using keys to lock. I got locked up outside the room with my keys inside. Called customer care but they suggested to get lock opened with help of any external key vendor and then they will observe the lock. It is a very serious issue, please be ware before opting for these locks.

Sir, we purchased new europa keys.in europa keys are fixed by door.in that door, he is not correctly fixing and locker are completely loose. Other europa key are not opening directly and very tight with door. The keys are not fixed properly. Please provide solution to make correctly fixing with each other while key opening locker is rotated. My contact no [protected]

Installed front Europa door lock ( 3 pins, RS 2250/-) in June 18 after purchasing from Yash hardware, Panvel.Now the key gets stuck while opening & with great difficulty the the key can be removed from the lock.so i request u to either repair or replace it as soon as possible, do it preferably tomorrow afternoon.

I had purchased 2 europa locks from kawatra hardware, jagat puri delhi. They had assured me that the locks will be fitted within two to three days by the company person and i had contacted many times to company person mr. Vikas on his mob no from last 10 days & he was regularly assuring me that lock will be installed by today positively but they haven’t turned up to my place. They are just ignoring my requests.

I got a new Europa Cylindrical press button lock installed in June 2018, by their authorised technician in Bangalore. But since a month it is not openable from inside : The tongue doesn't retract when opened from inside.
I'm surprised about the QC of this company when it given trouble just a month after installing. There is no service contact number for each city of the country. When the installation team was called in daytime, they...

Sir, i have purchased a europa lock for my front door and installed by your company technician on 2016 september first week. Now, unfortunately, the lock was stuck and could not be open from out side. That same day (5th july 2018) I have complained the shop and company's officer in-charge at kottayam, kerala. But no result we got yet...
I am a builder and i recomented many of my clients about your locks. Now i am regretting...

My europa main door lock has been installed by m/s. Ramaniyam builders and other europa locks also in bath room doors. Locks are working in good condition. Unfortunately, one day the main door lock was stucked and could not be opened by any body from outside. (Great thing to manufacturer). We have forcely broke the lock and entered into the house.

But the lock is in good...

I have bought 4 europa locks on 30thapr and i have requested europa customer care for installation. But even after couple of days no one reached us i have called customer care couple of times, they told they will arrange for installation but again no action from them.

The main door lock is not working when trying to lock from inside.
When trying to lock from outside, we are able to lock, but when we try the same from inside, the key is not rotating at all. Hence request you please look into this urgently as our safety is in question.
There were even an incident were we were unable to open from inside and we had to throw the key outside so that the person from outside could open the door

I have a purchased a door lock of europa and they promise free installation with in 4days. I have called up their customer care and registered service request on 30th dec'17 at around 04:10pm, my service request number is 713. Till today no one from europa turned up. I called them once again on 3rd dec'17 and they are saying that we can't come today for installation. Please do the needful so that some from europa comes and installs the lock.

I bought europa locks for my main door.
Registered a ticket with them for installation. I was told that it will be done in 1-3 days.
So far 8 days over. I call them everyday 2-3 times. So total of 20+ calls so far.
Every time they tell me that it will be done today or next hour or in next 30 minutes.
So far no one came.

Is there any way, i can get my money back and return this company lock.

I wanted spare keys as I lost the original ones.As the company mentioned in thier web site that they will duly within 48 hours on submitting request along with proof of ID adhar card for address proof and photos of keys.
But to my surprise no one picks up phone nor they respond to numerous mail sent to them.
All thier phone nos goes unanswered.

I have purchased a europa door-lock (Model 6110) on 12.02 2015 from m/s mathaji sanitary & hardware # 36, papu cottage, kanakapura rd, b'lore 560 004, by paying rs 600/- and for installation they (Europa technicians) took three days that too after i rang up number of times to different numbers given by the dealer, i was charged rs 200/- for installation. The lock was frequently giving trouble of stucking-up, not getting locked and much more when called to the given no of the service center none would respond, how ever i had to manage some how or other by trying number of times till it would get locked.

The problem has become more since three or four days, that is, when door lock is locked from out side it gets locked and when the same is operated from inside of the house onle one lock gets locked and the next lock gets stuck up. When i complained to the service center [protected] it was switched-off and i tried another no [protected], one lady staff responded and told that they would be charging rs 200 as visiting charges! Or i was asked to take the lock to their service center!! I don't really understand how i can take the fixed lock to the door to their sercice center and after a little discussion (Which was just an illogical defence of their deficient service!) another gentleman started making some more illogical arguments in their favour and just hung up.

Now, i am left with no alternative and i am forced to get the work done from some local key-makers since it is an urgent matter as it is the security matter of locking the main door of the house when we go out for any reason that may arise.

I very earnestly request the authorities to kindly solve this problem as well reprimand lock makers viz., europa locks and get justice to the innocent customers like me and this kind of tantrums & tricks are not repeatedly played by these fellows and oblige.

I have purchased a "door lock" branded europa.

The seller told me that once we raise a ticket for fixing (Ticket #: 50074) they will be fixing within 4 days. But they have not fixed it nor they have bothered to call and let us know whey they would come and fix it.

We have followed up, trice as on date.

Sir I have purchased the Europa door lock from Sushil Kumar & Bros. Chawri Bazar, Opp. UCO Bank, Delhi-110006, in Jan. 2016, (Model no.8023AB) but suddenly the lock stop working & giving problems so you are requested to change the lock as early as possible as I have fixed it at main door from the company technician. hope to listen from your side soon.

When i purchase two door lock, merchant ensure me that installation will be whiten two days but, when i call number i.e. [protected] provide by merchant, the call receiver person tell me that installation was completed five to six day. i that case can i open my door for six days. That is good policy of customer service. day and time is precious and must be valued. I want this to done by today...

One of technician whose name is Raghu is calling me since morning that he'll be coming in next 1 hour and so but he hasn't showed up yet. My complete day got wasted because of this. They had registered my name and address with the company. Till date, in spite of my frequent reminders to them, they haven’t turned up to my place. They are just ignoring my requests.
