I have bought 4 europa locks on 30thapr and i have requested europa customer care for installation. But even after couple of days no one reached us i have called customer care couple of times, they told they will arrange for installation but again no action from them.

This pending lock installation delaying our electrical work to progress.

Please do the needful to complete the installation asap.

My new lock spring of main door is not working. I am unable to close the door handle. Door handle is slipping upwards & spring lock is getting stuck in the lock itself.

The latch is just going round and round and isnt operating. So if the door gets shut from outside its not possible to open it without a key just by pressing the latch down.
