Hi,
My name is Chandra and I’m from Bangalore.
I have purchased 2 EURO door locks on 8th Jan 2014. Local vendor gave a mobile number([protected]) to get the installation of the locks.
I called the number and the service agent gave a service number(4677) and mentioned that in 2 or 3 days the installation would be done.
Now it is 7 days and I’m still waiting for the installation. The mobile number is not reachable for most of the time. And when gets connected some times, they mention that it would be done immediately. And finally no one turns up for installation. This is the story that repeats every time.
Can someone please take care of this lock installation?
