Dear officer (Customer care incharge),
My europa main door lock has been installed by m/s. Ramaniyam builders and other europa locks also in bath room doors. Locks are working in good condition. Unfortunately, one day the main door lock was stucked and could not be opened by any body from outside. (Great thing to manufacturer). We have forcely broke the lock and entered into the house.
But the lock is in good condition. It will be usable inside the room only. Could you please arrange to send your experts to rectify the lock in reusable condition.
