I have a purchased a door locks of Europa. After one day o[censored]sage, we were unable to operate the lock from inside within as it got locked. I have called up their customer care and registered service request on end of March 2014, My service request number is 10335. Service people came and taken my lock for service.Till today (3rd June-14) no one from Europa turned up.I called them (Mob: [protected], [protected], [protected]) several time and they have promised to send the service personal for installation on same day, but no one turned up till today. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I have Purchase a flat in Alpine Aura Scheme and take a possession on 18 May 2014 . Due to Quality Problem Yesterday a thief easily broken the Lock and stolan my all jewellery from my flat Quality issues in Product 8010 IV DKL 14 Pin Night Latch. This is not a complaint but a note of appreciation. We were unable to operate the lock from within as it got locked. We lodged a complaint which got promptly attended by the Help Desk in Bangalore. The Technician explained our operational fault as well as set right some faulty installation. Thank you Europa locks. We now feel good about not just your quality but excellent service. I bought Europa locks for my main door heeding to my carpenter's advice. I was proven wrong when the lock, within 3 months of installation, got stuck up. It can neither be opened from outside thru key nor from inside thru the lock. Even though Europa tomtoms 15 years of warranty service, they charge for every visit without providing any receipts.

Hi, My name is Chandra and I’m from Bangalore. I have purchased 2 EURO door locks on 8th Jan 2014. Local vendor gave a mobile number([protected]) to get the installation of the locks. I called the number and the service agent gave a service number(4677) and mentioned that in 2 or 3 days the installation would be done. Now it is 7 days and I’m still waiting for the installation. The mobile number is not reachable for most of the time. And when gets connected some times, they mention that it would be done immediately. And finally no one turns up for installation. This is the story that repeats every time. Can someone please take care of this lock installation?

I have called up their customer care and registered service request on 7th Oct'13 at around 10:10AM, my service request number is 3204. Till today no one from Europa turned up.I called them once again on 10th Oct'13 and they promised to send the service personal for installation on same day, but no one turned up. Please do the needful so that some from Europa comes and installs the lock.

i have placed the order of europa cup board locks since one month but dealer & company didn"t supply the same.dealer name is kashmeer paints lajpat nagar ,new delh,.top management should take the corrective measures.If company is not able to cater the order revert me as soon as possible.
