This the world we are in, such a pathetic product which is equally bad with there customer support, Its a very brand new expensive high end lock, which is having problem right from the day one, Its more than a month now, still i am not able to get there replacement or services. The service is 85411

I have purchased Flat where your company locks are provided. Unfortunately main door lock key is lost and one original only with us. I want additionsl two key and nobody provide correct information for the same only one information pl approach to Pune factory.

I purchased cylindrical locks 6 months back, i have the bill both locks have some technical faults, after complaining to the shopkeeper, a person named abdul came to the premises to check and demanded 200/-as visiting charges i simply dont understand if the lock is under guarantee period why should i pay visiting charges
