Hi,
This is regarding the refund request that I have made against my holiday membership to Evan vacation club.
On 23rd July 2023 (Sunday) Evening, I paid the amount of Rs 30K to one of the representative of Evaan club Mr Aaditya.
On the very next day morning, I told them that I will not go for this membership and requested for the refund.
They are deducting 18200/- for in the name of administrative charges.
At the time of selling this membership their representative told me that you can cancel at any time, only GST will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded. Their representative is fishing innocent people by giving false information. They are not even giving the application form until you pay. After the payment they took the signature on the form and filled it on their own.
They are making false promises and false information that we can cancel the membership any time. On the name of selling holidays packages and doing the fraud with the innocent people.
Now a week passes and it seems that they deceived me totally and scam us for Rs 30K. They trapped me perfectly. Was this information helpful? |
