In September 2022, Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Prabhat, executives of "Evaan Vacation Pvt. Ltd.", sold me a travel package based on false promises. Despite making three separate requests for accommodation by emailing my requirements, I have received no accommodation to date. The company is fraudulent and has never addressed my requests.
I have made several complaints regarding their services through the company email, but none have been resolved. The company responded that, according to the terms and conditions the rooms can be provided to @ adults and 2 Kids of below 6 years old. If these are these are the norms, why the company have sold the package to me who is 52 years old having 6 family members where everybody is above 17. I also requested the documents (terms and conditions) to verify their norms for availing of accommodation, but no one provided me with any documentation.
For reference, I am attaching the details of all communications held with the company. I also demanded a refund, which the company denied via email. I request the consumer forum to look into this matter.
