On the 29th june 2023 (Thursday), I went to Nainital for vacation with my family. At Evening, I met Mr. Arun kumar, representative of Evaan vacation club, in moonlight restaurant....

As I have taken this membership on January 2023 cost Rs 90, 000, But my visa is getting processed and in August or September i will leave india for 3-4 year or may be more
So I asked for membership cancellation but they refuse to cancel the same
But as the sales guy who sale this membership, he assure that if you have genuine reason or anything related to Service issue, then we will cancel the same.

On 27th Nov 2022 (Sunday) Evening, I paid the amount of Rs 54K to one of the representative of Evaan club Mr Shahroz Khan.
On the very next day morning, just after few hours of filling the form, I told them that I will not go for this membership and requested for the refund.

Evaan group sell us a membership but they actully don't provide any services, they just deceived us. I'm trying to cancel my membership they don't reply me. Can you please help me out. They provide us false information.
I tried to contact the Representative manager but they don't pick my phone.

They deceived us and sell us vacation package and scam us for 75k.br...

These people are fraud. They do false promises at the time of membership. First of all they dont have room available for members on weekend, whenever you will ask for booking they will tell its peak time and we can provide you rooms on weekday(whole year they have peak time). After that they start charging extra money which is no where written in memberhip. Customer care team is so pathetic they dont care about anything which was told you at the time of membership and they dony even listem to cusyomers. It is just waste of money and time. They dont deserve one rating also. They have taken my 55 thousand and not ready to return my money back. This type of comapnies should be banned. But they are still roaming in malls daily and selling membership. Please take some serious action against this kind of fraud companies and help me to get my money back.

Sir/Madam,
I am writing this to complain about the Misselling based on fake promises and poor service provided by evaan vacation club.
Me and my wife both are in govt service and for us it is not possible to plan trip much early, I had a meeting with evaan vacation club sales executive Mr Abhishek Pandey in nainital and he understand our problem and agreed that yes it is not possible to plan trip much early for the people who are in govt service so he assured us that unlike other companies plan EVAAN will provide you reservation in very short span of time in 3 - 4 days.
At the time of meeting he told us that if you purchase the plan I will make you complimentary reservation at mukteshwar which he arranged for us within 15 minutes. He than requested me to send some pictures of trip alongwith some appreciating messages regarding good service provided, which obviously he will use it for other customers while pitching product, because he exactly shows me some messages of this kind send to him by other customers.
Anyhow after getting this much quick service and promises which proved fake later (which I discussed in detail below) I finally purchased the plan.
Two times I placed mail for booking much in advance but they revert us within 15 minutes that please send booking in 30 days advance, I connected with customer care many times but every times they told that we will inform you within half an hour but I haven't got return call.
Also sales executive Mr Abhishek Pandey stopped responding my call and watsapp though he use to be online regularly, now he use to reply me seldom and when I struggled a lot.
Customer care executive also mention every time that it is advisable to place your booking 30 days in advance, than what is the use of this plan? coz as per our work culture which we already shared with your sales executive Mr Pandey, we can't get leave sanction this much in advance, and the main question is :-

1. why your sales executive delivered fake promises and misguided us that you will get reservation within 3 - 4 days of time?

2. I agreed to buy your plan when He commited me that you will not have to bear AMC in return you just give me some leads and I will take care of those leads and it's my headache to convert that leads, I gave him 2 leads in this short period of time and he accepted over phone that "I will not get time to follow those leads", now your company demanding me AMC, here again Mr Pandy misguided us and committed wrong promises which actually your company not offering.

3. He told me that I will take care of waving off your AMC just do one thing when you will get a confirmation call from evaan vacation club within 1, 2 days, they will tell you about plan and AMC charges just listen and accept that, do not tell them that I committed you that I will wave off your AMC charges in return of leads.

I don't know before about your company, I haven't even heard about your company, all I got trapped by Mr Abhishek Pandey's commitments.
Due to this now I have a very bad image of evaan vacation club in my mind, it also damages your brand value, and I think I am not the only one who is suffering this issues created by Mr. Pandey.
I struggled a lot for the thing for which I paid you in advance.
I called to [protected] on 04.10.2023 and shared him all the issues and like past records of your company which I felt, he commited me that I will talk with Mr Abhishek Pandey and reply you back till tomarrow but it'sany days past and I haven't got any reply. All your team delivers fake promises from sales team to customer care.
Feeling helpless after purchasing your plan, now I don't want to let waste my hard earned money.
It's my humble request you to please cancel my membership ERM[protected] and provide full refund of EMI's which I already paid.
In this case kindly escalate this matter to appropriate authority and update me what action does your company take against your employee, who delivered fake plan features and commitment under your brand name, which actually your company don't offer.
