Hi,
This is regarding the refund request that I have made against my holiday membership to Evan vacation club.
On the 29th june 2023 (Thursday), I went to Nainital for vacation with my family. At Evening, I met Mr. Arun kumar, representative of Evaan vacation club, in moonlight restaurant. Mall road nainital .I trapped in their false promises and make a payment of Rs 52000/- from my credit card.
On the very next day morning, just after a few hours of filling out the form, I told them that I will not go for this membership and requested a refund.
At evening, I met him and submitted him a cancellation application for my membership, he confirmed me to get refund in 7 days.
Also they registered my membership without welcome call.
Now I am not getting any positive response from them and I am continuously following up with them over the mail and phone for a refund.
They are making false promises and false information in the name of selling holiday packages and doing fraud with innocent people.
Now a weeks passes and it seems that they deceived me totally and scam us for Rs 52K. They trapped me perfectly. Now saying that we cannot make any refund.
