[Resolved]  Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd — Club Evershine Holiday Concealment of information, misguiding user and not refunding the money.

Madam/ Sir,

When i was on holiday in mussorie, I was approached by Sales person Mr. Sudhanshu Sharma and his manager Kunal bhatia regarding holiday package on behalf of evershine holidays pvt limited. They presented to me their packages and stated that holiday pakages is for 50, 000 for 21 days in 3 year time period and no other charges will be taken other than this. They also commited me that if in future I don't want to continue with membership, it can be cancelled and refund will be processed after deduction of a few rupees as cancellation charges at any time.

After listening to all the facts, they convinced me and made me sign a letter stated by them as formalities on 17 Oct 2021 which i agreed. My Membership ID is EC[protected]. After one or two days, I received confirmation call from their executive Mrs. Namarata Singh, wherein it was stated that other than 50K i have to pay Rs.30000 + 18% GST (Rs 36000 approx). I raised concern about this as it was not told by the executive when they presented the details to me. They presented me false information or concealed it and made me sign the papers. Details was presented to me by Sales Manager (Mr. Sudhnshu Sharma) and Manager Mr. Kunal Bhatia. After listening to my concern, Mrs. Namrata promised that the issue will be resolved at the earliest, till date i have received a few calls from them, all of them are trying to convince me that i have to pay all the charges as you have signed the agreement (they are asking for Rs. 36000 more other than 50k).

As I am not ok with the services and response provided by them and at all stages complete information was not given, their representative has misguided me by the false information, which I came to know at the later stage. I am raising a dispute to your goodself and request you to help me cancel my agreement and cancel my EMI. It's a matter of trust that has not been made yet, better we end it here by cancelling/closing the agreement.

Note:- has been contacting club evershine representative (Mrs. Namrata Singh, Mr. Raj and Mr. Kunal Bhatia) from last fews days, all of them are saying that only the functional director has the authority to fulfill my request, who is on leave till[protected] and in his absence nothing can be done as no one has taken charge in his behalf. He is in marriage ceremony and they dont want to disturb his boss, let user suffer, they dont care anyway.
This is how it works in club evershine, not desirable.

Evershine management has responded to my issue and sorted it out as per the terms and condition of the agreement, I have taken the services recently, it was good. Response of the customer executive is good. Mr. Raj has been there every time I tried reaching him. In view of the response of the company and promise made by the management, I am resolving this complaint and hope to expect the same in future. Kind regards !!
