Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd — Company not obliging to deliver on membership features

Hi,

During our visit to mussoorie in 2021, we were contacted by evershine holidays representative to buy a membership for 5 years for approx 85k.
In exchange they agreed to provide a range of services like accomodation in 5/4 star hotels, discount on food and flight ticket, cab at 10/12 rs per km across India and many other features like online booking through their portal.
They also suggested to cancel booking under 45 days of we are not satisfied.

Fast forward one year, we are yet to book a trip through them, their portal is not ready for online booking and e VC every communication is managed through calls and whatsapp.
This is a fraud company who does not deliver what they promise.
I regret buying this package on the fateful day. I had purchased it for hassle-free experience but it's been a nightmare.

I hope I can get a refund on my membership as the product and company had failed us.

I wont recommend anyone to go ahead with this company.
