Fraud done by Kaushal
Back in August 2023, I booked two round-trip tickets for me and my wife from Toronto, Canada, to Delhi, India via Munich from Kaushal. We transferred a hefty sum of INR 1, 12, 500 for the tickets (half amount in advance). The plan was to depart on the 26th Sep 2023 and return on the 4th Dec 2023.
But here's where the trouble starts. On the 16th Sep 2023, Kaushal reached out to us, claiming there was some issue with the airlines. He promised to sort it out and provide us with new tickets for different dates. He then suggested a supposedly better deal: a direct flight from Toronto to Delhi on the 27th Sept 2023, with a return on the 5th Dec 2023.
We agreed to the new arrangement, hoping for the best. However, despite his assurances, we never received the tickets. Each time we followed up, Kaushal gave us the runaround with excuses like "there's a delay" or "I'm working on it, give me a bit more time." But guess what? We never got the tickets, and Kaushal keeps dodging us like a pro.
Every time we try to get in touch, he's got a new excuse. "Give me 2 days, " "wait till evening, " "I'll sort it out by tomorrow" - you name it, he's said it. But nothing ever happens. Now, he's not even picking up our calls or bothering to reply to messages.
This whole thing feels like a scam. We trusted Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd with our hard-earned money, and all we got in return is radio silence and empty promises.
I'm fed up with this nonsense. I just want our money back - all INR 1, 12, 500 of it - and maybe a little something extra for the stress and hassle this has caused.
If Kaushal doesn't sort this out pronto, I'm not afraid to take this further. I'll be reporting him and his company to the right people and exploring legal options if necessary.
Please, do something about this. We've been patient long enough.
