On 24 November 2021 I transferred 1.15 Lac rupee through google pay on the HDFC bank account of Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd for 4 days and 3 nights tour package of Maldives. At that time Mr Kaushal Rai provided me the booking voucher of Hotel - Adaaran Cub Rannalhi but due to the raising cases of Covid - 19 at early of 2022 he also suggested me to postpone the trip for a while.After that when I asked for booking of other places they started making excuses and when I asked him for refund first they said that 15% money will be deducted then when I said ok you refund me then he started saying that Refund is not possible because hotel has given credit note on booking. Now when I am asking them for credit note receipt, they are not even giving receipt. When I inquired about booking in Maldives hotel, their reply came that voucher there was no booking on that voucher.And the air ticket given to me by Kaushal was also fake. I have been asking for refund since last 2 years but every time he is making some excuse.I request you to please help me to get my money back and take strict action against thugs like Kaushal who are giving bad name to hospitality industry.And one more thing he is also using abusive language.I am attaching the fake hotel booking voucher and the screen short of email got by the hotel.
