I was trapped in Mussoorie with fake promises and they looted me of 50k for a 3 years membership stating it is fully refundable if we are not satisfied.In the last 1.5 years I am not getting any services from them as they are a fraud company and they have denied service whenever i have reached out to them. On 25th Sep 2022 I asked them to cancel my membership and refund my amount then Mr. Raj promised that there is no need to cancel from now onwards you will get proper services but again they are doing same not giving me any service.At the time of taking the membership they agreed to provide accommodation in 5/4 star property but it's all fake they never give you.Today I visited Evershine's noida office at the address mentioned on their website which is in Sector-58 and it's completely wrong address asI didn't find their office I call them they didn't pick and I received a message that please message us not sure why they are not picking the call then I reach out to the contact number mentioned on Google one of the representative Mr. Dheeraj told me that their office is in sector 62 not sector 58 as it is wrongly mentioned on their website and he asked me to come on Monday as office is closed now, then I said ok share the office address I'll come on Monday, he said ok I'll share I was waiting their for two hours he didn't share any address and after that I called and asked him to cancel the membership as I am not satisfied with your services then he said membership cannot be cancelled also he is lying with me that they don't have any office. Then I said I'll sue against you and your company who have done fraud with me and now you are lying then he said do you can do anything. Now I don't want to continue refund my amount immediately.
Now I request the Consumer court team look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency and asked them to refund my amount as my mother is cancer patient I need my money immediately. Was this information helpful? |
