[Resolved]  Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd — Non-responsive behaviour of the executive.

Myself is Tek Chand Goswami. Membership ID is EC[protected]. I am asking your Executive Mrs. Namrata time and again for my Hotel Booking at Kolkata. But she is not responding. This shows irresponsible behaviour of your Executive. This is also not good for the EverShine Holidays as this gives negative feeling about your Company. She is not able to handle the customers. So kindly change my Executive who is active and responds quickly OR ask her to give me services. I am doing whatsapp chat with her on the issue w.e.f. 26th Sept., 2022.

Evershine responded to my complaint at once and resolved it within a day. They changed my Executive and the new Executive Mr. Dheeraj seems to be good and quick responsive. Hope Evershine will provide good services to me in future.
