I had taken the membership (Membership ID: EC[protected] with Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd last year 2022 in April. At the time of taking the membership, Kunal Bhatia was the person who attended us and gave all sorts of promises and then we proceeded to buy their membership for 1 year, by paying Rs 19500 in equal installments via EMI.
Now, when I wanted a booking in a hotel, they asked to pay the whole AMC amount first, which was Rs. 11800 (Rs 9999 + 10%GST). I paid them the amount and even after constantly following up for 3-4 times a day for almost 1 month, I finally received the booking voucher just before 3-4 days of our travel in November 2022.
We stayed at the hotel and had no issues there. But during the time of check out, the hotel staff did not allow us to leave because the amount from Evershine had not been paid to them. We contacted Raj and Dheeraj immediately, to which they said that I should pay the amount of Rs.9000 to the hotel and the amount will be refunded back to us by them the very same day.
I paid the amount of Rs9000 to the hotel, only after which we were allowed to leave. I also provided my account details to Dheeraj for amount refund. Dheeraj and Raj, both of them had convinced me that this amount will be refunded to me the same day.
Till date, I have been constantly following up with these guys and still I have not received the amount of Rs9000.This is utter shame since this amount of Rs. 9000 was over and above the AMC amount of Evershine. So, even though this amount belonged to me, they did not bother to return at all. They have completely stopped responding to my calls and messages.
After all this, I want the remaining balance (equivalent to 2Nights booking voucher) and the EMI amounts to be refunded since they have come out as fraud and have lost the trust to book anything in the future. This remaining balance booking of 2 Nights is valid till 31st March 2023 and I no longer want to avail any of their services. Was this information helpful? |
