[Resolved]  Eviqe Enterprise — regarding harassment and threatening

My name is atul, i am from uttar pradesh, i am a college student and of 18 years of age, last year on 1st november i got a call from this enterprise stating that they have captcha work and if i am able to complete with 90% accuracy then i would be paid 25000 or else i would be liable to pay 5000. After 10 days, i get a mail that i am not able to get 90% accuracy despite of competing 11000 correct, they said it's not according to the contract correct and if i am not paying them the fine of 5000 they they would proceed my case for legal action and i have only 2 hours to complete it. Then i somehow did the payment then they said i also have to pay 500 more for the noc which also i submitted on 14 november.
Then on 7 january i get a message that a legal proceeding has been implemented under section 420 and a public prosecutor has been appointed whose number was mentioned in the message.
When i called the number he asked my name and said a law suit has been filed against me in latur court maharashtra and if i am unable to pay 18000 then i will be liable to pay 1.5 lakh as penalty to which i said i will not pay as i have already paid my dues and nothing like this was meantioned in the contract. Next day around 2 pm i get their call again and when i asked them then they said exactly this "you have paid the penalty for not being able to complete the work and made the noc, but you have to come tomorrow 10am to latur court maharashtra to sign the file pending against you or else you can give me 6 digitally signatures and 12550 and we will sort it out or else you have to come with your parent and a lawyer for the court proceedings." they are harassing me since last 3 days by repeatedly sending me messages of law suit today he said that "if you will not pay then you will liable for charges and penalty for which we have filled the complaint" they are threatening me and mentally touring meme by saying you have been sent legal notice, now you will be liable for your deeds. Now the company's contact number is switched off and they are harassing me since last 3 days.
