Same thing happen with me but before using id and all I checked about their site on google but there was nothing so i complained against them on consumer forum and blocked their number, their company everything is fake they'll try to terrify you with multiple threats like we will complain against you and talk to our advocate but please keep one thing in mind they are fake so don't give them a single penny and don't worry about them just ignore them.
Report about them on consumer forum with necessary details as soon as possible.
Block their numbers and moved their email in spam

Yrr don't afraid they will terrify you with all possible methods they can use so just ignore them register their complain on consumer forum with all necessary details, block their email don't download any file which is from unknown number.
Don't receive unknown calls which is marked spam by people's and don't give them a single ruppe still you are tensed then report against them on near police station.
And their agreement is fake they can't do anything they just download fake agreement from internet and just copy paste their name and their fake company name.
And we think it's real but it's not their whole system is fake just ignore them
