Evm Nissan — Improper service

Im Mr.Mani from munnar, kerala .I am a travel agent and iam owning nearly 15 cars of different companies .i aslo have a nissan terrona KL 68 7007. On 25/10/2021, i was in Coimbatore and returning back to my home in kerala .suddenly my car was not starting .i looked myself for some problem i got an idea that i cant travel long distance as i have to travel 6 to 7 hours . immediately I contacted the nissan service centre they insisted me to bring the car to the service centre. Some how the car was started after sometime and i managed to take my car to EVM nissan service centre 126C sanganoor Rd, rayappa nagar, Ganapathypudur, Coimbatore, tamil nadu at 3 oo clk on 25/10/2021.

They gave me a contact number of Mr Santhosh ([protected]) As there were many cars for service they said me to contact that number at 10 oo clk on 26/10/2021. Next day when i contacted initially no response, later i was informed that the battery is weak, oil is low I insisted them to replace the battery with nissan battery and top up the oil . I also said them that right lower arm is weak and to replace them.

They replayed that there is no spare to replace the right lower arm .and the total cost for replacing battery is 8000. I insisted them to replace, they asked me to pick up my car at 2-3 oo clk at noon. I was there at 2.40 pm and was waiting till 5 oo clk .i got my car back at 5.15 pm .For an half an hour work of replacing battery and topping up of oil they made me wait for 2 days. And i asked them to replace battery with a new nissan battery but they replaced it with Exide Din60 .which would cost only 7000 if i had replaced some where else.There was no proper response to the customers, if i wanted to replace my car battery with exide Din60 i could have done it in some local service centre instead of giving my car for service at nissan service centre. That clearly implies that we are believing and expecting good service but what that service centre just do it for the cheap commercial business of getting money instead of satisfying customers with good service.

I expect my complaint to be considered and taken appropriate action soon.
