Service issue KL 41 N 4995
Sir,
I Divya Asok, gave my car Nissan Micra for AC service on 17/08/2023.
My one time contact in Nissan Micra is Mr.Basil and I just enquired about the estimate amount also.He told me like it will cost only 1000rs.So I decided not to give my car to some workshops and gave it to ur company.
Yesterday one technician contacted me and intimated about, he need to open the dashboard and check it.I never knew that they are opening the entire front portion.
I'm not a mechanic to know about wot they are doing in my car.They should communicate properly about wot they are doing and what the estimate amount will be. Today morning they have send a video and gave an estimate amount of Rs.14000.
As a customer, I'm only aware of the 1000rs.When I contacted the company and not to do the service, they are saying that I should pay approx 3k for refitting the parts again.Before opening the dashboard they have to say the estimate amount ryt.So I'm not able to change the service centre also.Like u guys are trapping customer by doing these kinda things.
This is not the first time I'm facing this issue.very poor service from the kalamassery outlet.
Earlier I hv given my car for one side painting.they have done only one door.They didn't informed me also.while delivery only I hv seen wot they have done.
Also giving my vehicle for regular service.I don't know wot they are doing in service also.

I am posting this even standing in Perinthalmanna EVM Nissan showroom. I had requested for an urgent service with my car as it was having issue in brake on last monday. Unfortunately they told they don't have enough resources to take necessary action and promised will be attended on Thursday. Again no response from team. When I called them, they told they are busy and promised me if I bring my car on Friday, it will be attended with priority. Now on Friday iam here in the showroom from 10:30 on wards, now they are saying wait here till evening. I requested them for a temp vehicle. They told they can't. Still waiting for their precious time even though I'm being treated with zero priority. If anybody from your team can do any favour, please

My name is Lijil residing at Thrissur Kerala.Am booked nissan Micra at Pinnacle Puzhakkal Thrissur Dealer.As a customer i asked them offers. But they z no offers, they given the quotation 5, 25, 000/_ some thing like firstly. Then I chose hdfc insurance, they given 2 quotation 5, 10, 500 some thing like that.Everytime am asked their salesman any offers to me, he z no sir...all dealer rate like that.Then am given booking amount 5000 to him,...

I am mrudhul, i was planned to buy a datsun go from nissan kalamassery, iam from calicut so i went to evm nissan calicut showroom and told them that i got a better offer from nissan kalamassery so if you are going to give me a better offer than i have already got so i can buy from evm nissan calicut, but for my dissapointment the calicut manager told they will try to give the same offer from their showroom but they were not 100% sure about that. So i told them they i will buy from nissan kalamassery showroom, but calicut evm told me if any customer buys a nissan car from any other showroom, that customer wont get free servie from them so they are not responsible for any other after sales issue.. This made me to evaluate nissan's below standard behaviour to customers. So planned for another car makers those who gives free service from any dealers accross india.
