Evm Nissan — Refund

My name is Lijil residing at Thrissur Kerala.Am booked nissan Micra at Pinnacle Puzhakkal Thrissur Dealer.As a customer i asked them offers. But they z no offers, they given the quotation 5, 25, 000/_ some thing like firstly. Then I chose hdfc insurance, they given 2 quotation 5, 10, 500 some thing like that.Everytime am asked their salesman any offers to me, he z no sir...all dealer rate like that.Then am given booking amount 5000 to him, also enquire the if I cancel the vehicle, get total amount refund...he z ok you can get amount.After two days am check the rate other dealers of Ernakulam.Am shocked...they z their rate is 4, 90, 000/_ on road price...and finally after the negotiations I got good price from Evm Kalamssery dealer and on that time am booked there also. Same as i am informed thrissur dealer I got good rate from Ernakulam. By they z their rate is not vary.Then am purchased micra from Evm Kalamessry . Aftrthat I contact the pinnacle to about my refund, they informed within 5 days you get cheque from there.After one month three is no information from pinnacle.Several times I contact them they told me next week...like that...Finally the last month I went their showroom...I seen cheque with 4000/_ rs, am asked why...so they z there is a cancellation amount from every client...that they hold...am answered...Am bought vehicle from yours other dealer.Bt they z no chance to get your refund amount totally. This is the problem what am faced your dealer...Am dnt get my money till now...Hope you guys are dealing my problem ASAP...if I don't get any solution from you ...I will go to file a case in judiciary.
