Product had following complaints:
1. Nail was protruding from sofa - Injury caused - Rectified
2. Bottom Bush broken - Rectified
3. Support leg not proper: Rectified
4. Bush Broken again: Yet to be corrected pending from two months
5. Leather tear off at stitching area: Pending
6. Cushion effect absent: It is as good as sitting on spring: Not yet rectified
We had serious of problem in the sofa in just five months from purchase. The people response on service is too poor. I had a great feeling that I am buying leather sofa from trusted player in market. Today I am finding any difference from local player. After many discussion with Mr. Kiran. Uday & team in Bangalore the issue are not solved. Presently they are not attending phone call. They have committed time which has barred.
I request you to replace the sofa with new model. I am not confident with the model.
