I purchased a chair from EVOK's website (www.evok.in) on 11th July 2022. I have done the full payment of this item. Till date Evok has not delivered this item and when I call their customer care, they just tell me that there is some internal issue. I have even written to their Business Head regarding this but even then there is no action taken and no help was provided.
They are keep extending the date of dispatch of this item and not telling me what exactly the issue is.

    Have placed an order for queen size bed on 31 may 2022 . It's been a month now . Neither have I recieved the bed nor refund . Hve called customer service atleast a 100 times . This is out right cheating .hve never experienced such hopeless customer service . First the product was defective now they don't evn hve the product . If you don't hve the product thn y tke the order ? I[censored] hve taken the order and thn realised no product thn y do u need a month to refund whn the order was supposed to be delivered in 12 days ?

      I have ordered side table from online EVOK portal INR 8990/ and payment was done through Paytm. Payment transition is [protected] . in online it was showing that product will be delivered by 18th May . But it was not delivered.
      I call EVOK customer care( Mrs Jyoti Bisht, Mr Manish and Mr Himanshu ), they told that they lodged the complained and simultaneously I have sent mail to his 1st level of escalation ([protected]@evok.in) as mention in customer care portal . But no response from both of side .
      I again called EVOK customer care as well as escalate the matter in 2nd level of escalation ([protected]@evok.in), but again no response from both side.
      I continuously following up with customer care (( Mrs Jyoti Bisht, Mr Manish and Mr Himanshu ) ) and 3rd level of escalation ([protected]@evok.in), but this was very surprise that neither proper response nor problem rectified after 26days .
      Finally I have contacted Mr. Naveen ( Warehouse manager ) and request him for resolution the long pending issue he promised and delivered the product on dated 8th June, After coming the service engineer it was noticed that product was wrongly delivered and this problem is unresolved and I have received lots of false commitment from customer care.

      This is very surprise that such type of Renewed organization are handling the customer in this way and required customer are begging for his product like this.
      Definitely it will reduce the trust level on EVOK .

      Hope it will be improved and in future other customer should not suffer such type of incident.

        I bought a Recliner set from Sector 10, Noida Evoke store on Sat. 30th April 2022.
        I told them that I need this before 7th May 2022 as some of my guests are arriving that day. I was promised that my product will be delivered in a weeks time.
        I made the payment and sold my existing Sofa next day assuming that I will get the delivery in few days.
        On Wed. 4th May. 2022 I called the store and I was told that they this will be delivered before Saturday.
        On 5th May 2022 I got a message that the product could not be delivered before next week.
        I called them and there excuse was due to store shifting we cannot deliver the product.
        This is totally insane, if you have any such plans you could have told this to me upfront. Now I do not have any sofa at my home. Not sure if they can deliver it by next week also as I do not at all trust them.
        They have charged a huge amount upfront but are not willing to deliver the product.

            I have been a regular customer of EVOK and due to its quality, I have been very happy with the products.

            However, I wanted to report a case of poor quality of product delivered to me. I had ordered for Diamond King Size bed from EVOK Store in Treasure Island, Indore. It was delivered to me in Dec 2021. During the delivery, it was observed that the handle was broken and we ere promised that the handle will be replaced soon.

            However, in spite of numerous requests to the staff in the store, no one has yet come to change the handle. The store manager Mr Pankaj has been repeated spoken to. Now he has stopped picking my calls.

                I order a sofa order id= #20131353 on nov4…but still no update on about delivery. I call a customer care they will said…your order is dispatch on few more days. I call many times to customer card… all times they said your order will not yet dispatch it will dispatch soon they like more then 5 times. Very worst experience on evok. No replay on mail complaints and updates. Now i dont know. What to do nxt still iam waiting for my order. Pls dispatch soon and delivery my order

                  I have ordered a chair online.description as attached on 1 Oct 2021. Today after 26 day I have not received my order.every time I contact them they give me consolation that they have dispatched the product and same will reach me in next few days. One my Ashish gulia assured me that he will update me one he will ship the order. It has been six days now, but I have not received any reply from company. Now I have started paying EMI, without even receiving my order. Kindly help be refund my money.i don't trust Evok and will order from somewhere else.

                    There has been no update since the time I bought a recliner on Evok's website. Firstly they broke my trust because before purchase they stated a delivery time of 10-12 days. Upon payment & booking confirmation, they said delivery in 25 days. That itself is unreasonable because I ordered it with the intention of getting it in 10-12 days.

                    Second, none of their contact numbers work, they don't respond to emails, whatsapp or enquiry form. Really terrible. Not sure what to do now.

                        I have ordered King Size bed on 12th August'21. Order ID:18491531. I have tried multiple times to get the details on the order. Everytime I call they give a fake information telling the product will be shipped tomorrow. And the Manager Ashish Gulia dropped mail stating it's already shipped on 12th Sep, but when I called him today (20th Sep) he says it's not shipped yet. Will be shipped tomorrow. I'm fed-up listening to same story since a month. I told him to cancel the order and refund the amount. I'm not sure how many months they take to refund. Please intervene for a quick action. Thank you.

                        Finally received the refund after 65 days. Such a terrific experience with Evok. Worst response and worst service. Don't dare to order anything from it.

                              I had ordered a bed 3 months ago and for the first two months kept following up to know the status. Every time customer care would say the product is being dispatched. Twice I received damaged goods and then I wrote for a reimbursement. It has been 3 months in total from the day I wanted a product to where I am today. I have continuously followed up without any sort of response from Evok. I want the refund at the earliest and they can pick up the material from my place.

                                This is regarding Order no. 15477787 dated 25th March 2021 for 2 wing chairs. The wrong product was delivered to me in April and I have been repeatedly following up with Evok Customer Care for pick up of the wrong item and delivery of the right item. Evok Customer Care has given me several dates by which delivery would be made but delivery has still been done. They are also not able to provide a firm date by which delivery would be made.

                                    My order I'd :[protected], which shipping date was 01/09/21 but till today you are not able to do that. I have to call your customer service executive but their behaviour is very bad. So, now I have no need my order anymore kindly cancel it and refund my money.

                                      I have purchased Bed from Evok, Ludhiana on 24.08.2021 for Rs. 57500/- & made the full payment on the same day. After 5 days I had received the same at my home. At the time of bed fitting, I had informed the delivery boy that the electric lighting fixed on the bed is not working & he assured that the problem will be fixed on next day. I am regularly calling EVOK, Ludhiana at Cell no. [protected] & frustrated by the fake commitments. No body is coming to my home to resolve the issue. Also, one puffy set was assured as part of bed set. But I have not received the same along with Bed. I am feeling as if i have made mistake by making full payment before taking the delivery of the bed in proper condition. Kindly look into the matter & take necessary action immediately.

                                        I bought a sofa from Evok. We had a properly written warranty period. Noe that sofa is having a defect. we have been calling Evok for a month but there is no action from their side. They are now avoiding my calls and refusing to work on the complaint. We had bought the sofa from Evok Noida showroom. The salesman was Arpit.
