[Resolved] Evok — king size bed still not assembled after 3 months | |||||
We purchased 2 queen sized bed from Evok on 22nd July from Evok Jubilee hills, Hyderabad store. Although the delivery was on time but one of the beds was partially delivered and the other one was completely defective. The partially delivered bed was completely delivered after 5 days. After multiple follow ups and requests the accepted our request of replacing the defective queen size bed with king size bed of the same model. This bed although is fit go sleep in but is not at all comfortable, since surprise they are not fully assembled. We dropped multiple emails for the resolution but to no avail. We called them multiple times on phone but the answers we got from them were pathetic! Mr . Pankaj Singh and store manager Mr. Santosh are complete ###. They dont even know the meaning of customer dealing and customer satisfaction. On calling Pankaj, we even said we will register a complaint against Evok in court. The ### said, please do it. I dont care...i will work somewhere else afterall its not my company!!! From a reputed brand as hindware...i wouldnt have expected this kind of customer service.
