Evok — Received damaged cooktop from Evok | |
Hi Team. I have ordered Hindware Lorenzo 3B Cooktop(White) from Evok website on 6th Oct 2020 and received the same 16th Oct 2020. Same day I have raised a complain with the team that the product is received in damaged state and we need to return the same and get the refund. It has been 13 days since then we are continuously following up with the team for the same but no proper response is being provided.
