[Resolved] Evok — They didn't shipped my product & its 8th. Day

They didnt shipped my product and when i cal they say they will deliver it in 15-16 day but the product have not been shipped till today, where as i order it on 10 th jun and its 8 days but the product didn't even moved from warehouse to be shipped to my adress ... I dnt have faith in them becoz its first tym for me to use evok .. i have tried it of thinking that its indian products (hindware) ..if it goes i will never try again .Kindly help me

They deliver it but didn't receive any help from them ..seller directly called me and the website is still not updated that they delivered ...its already 4 day from delivery
