Evolve Clothing — Garment set

On 19th July 2020, I purchased a set of garment for personal use. I had seen the advertisement of this company "Evolve Clothing The south store" on Instagram several times. Upon clicking the hyperlink in the advertisement the page where all the options for clothes were available. I selected one and proceeded with it. The payment getaway was RazorPay. Immediately after the payment for the set of garment i received an email from Razorpay but never received confirmation from the clothing company. I even registered a complaint of fraud with Razorpay but they never returned. The website for" Evolve clothing the south store " does not come up in Google search and not even on Instagram. I want to report fraud against this company "Evolve Clothing the south store" and want refund for the money that i paid
