[Resolved] Exa Technology — asking money | |
Exa company provided me a captcha filling work. The company asked me for aadhar card to join. When i gave him aadhar card for check. Then कंपनी ने aadhar card इस्तेमाल करके legal agreement बनवाकर धोखे से digital signature करवा लिया (Via email) जिसका मुझे मालूम नही था (I am only 18 years old). When i read the legal agreement paper carefully, i got the company just cheated me. When i contact to the company via phone call and i told that i am not agree with this legal document that you provided me. I can not do this job & not take this big risk. Then the company deny me and the company says that, If you will not do the work with us or failed to complete the work then you have to pay a penalty amount 9000 rs. To the company. If you not pay the penalty fee then company will file a case in court with your legal document. Please help me!!!. What i do? My email is [protected]@gmail.com Please reply in hindi. Feb 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved A Company named as EXA TECHNOLOGY gave me a typing work they asked me for my adhaar card and the salary they offered me 30k but when I started doing their job they bloked my ID and they started calling me for money. I didn't earn from them and they started asking me to deposit 12000 rupees I am very helpful to consumer court My friend told me to take the support of consumer court and they helped me to get out of their conspiracy | |
