Exa Technology — company harassing me to pay 9000

Respected sir/madam
I am Hafsa Mariyum from mysore, karnataka. I got a call saying that I can workas part time job from home in which I have to fill 15000 captcha in 15 days. For the same they asked me for my id proof and I sent them the adhar card copy through email.
But later I came to know that they created an agreement saying that I have to pay 9000rs if I don’t complete or achieve 90% accuracy.
Than I called them multiple times to ask about it and to cancel the agreement, but they did not pick my calls for three days.
Later I sent a cancellation letter to them as they have mentioned in the agreement that the client has the right to terminate with immediate effects and exa technology will not be responsible for any data loss or payments.
They did not accept my termination letter and now harassing me to pay penalty.
I tried to complete work for some days and understood that they are manipulating the data and I have the proof for the same.
