[Resolved] Exa Technology — fake and fraud company | |||||
Hello sir/mam my name is shreya. I m 18 years old and i wanted to do work from home because i was for 2-3 months. So i applied for this and they said to me that they will give a work called captcha work in which i have to complete the 15000 captchas in 15 days. I said yes so they gave me some pdf of demo work and demo account and i saw it, that seemed so easy so i applied. They said to give my adhar card send it to her.in 1 to 2 hours an emial was sent to my gmail send by exa technology, it was an agreement written if you fail to do this captcha in 15 days you will pay 9000 and give me some pdf form agreement. But now it has been 10 days 5 days are left and when i searched about the company i came to know about the fraud and filing the complain please look at my complain as soon as possible. The girl who called me told me the she is ssiya patel from exa company and she called me from this number [protected]. The incident happened on 19 of april. [protected]@gmail.com this is the email id that she used to send me the agreement and all the details. Please help me with it and take me out from this problem as soon as possible. May 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved An email came from companies side saying that my issue has been resolved and I no longer have to take the fraud company’s call and be in contact with them. If they do something i have to revert back to them. | |||||

First thing first.
If you have not paid them till now, DO NOT PAY THEM at all. NEVER EVER PAY THEM.
Let them do anything, do not pay them. They can not take any legal action against you.
Why?
1. The agreement is not valid. Because the agreement is not signed by anyone. Not the advocate, not you. Then how this can be a valid document.
2. They have done malpractice to the form you have submitted which can be proved if there is a case and IT experts from legal department can very easily find out the tampering done in server.
3. There will be no correspondence from official site email accounts. All emails must be from gmail or such other which never proves that this is a valid email address from genuine company.
