Claimed my CV has been shortlisted by a company and that Interview will be slotted as soon as Joining fee is paid. So paid Rs. 5416/- under the assurance that full refund will be provided if no job offers made in 3 months. The lady stopped picking my calls or responding to my emails post the payment.

Got few email updates saying CV sent to XYZ company but no details of Job Profile (against which the CV was sent) was not shared. CVs were sent to a completely different industry instead of my industry with 25 years of experience.

2 months post registration, on complaining that no interview has been slotted yet (although promised earlier that my CV is shortlisted) and that I am eligible for full refund on completion of 3 months, ECPS slotted an Interview schedule overnight and asked to attend a Walkin next day morning. No details of Job/Company profile was shared. Being out of station, reverted back to the email requesting for Online interview if possible. No response or acknowledgement received on this.

On completion of 3 months, applied for Refund, ECPS employees called up twice to apologize saying the Lady who handled my profile did not do her job well and that they promise to take care of my profile personally and asked for another 1 month and withdrawal of my refund application. I refused and insisted on full refund.

After more than 60 days and repeated follow ups, got a refund of Rs. 1500/- (about 27% of the total paid amount). ECPS retained about Rs. 4000/- for NIL service provided. Hence I claim full refund due reasons below:
1) False promise made that CV has been shortlisted. This was with the intent of making me pay the joining fee immediately.
2) ECPS person failed to respond to my repeated emails and calls and hence no service provided.
3) CVs where sent to a completely different Industry and no Job profile was shared with me for any. No transparency for candidate to know if the profile really fits his requirement and expertise.
4) ECPS staff themselves agreed that my Profile was not properly handled by their earlier colleague and hence no interview as slotted. Have names of the ECPS people who agreed.
5) No response to my email to "[protected]@exaltconsuting.com" and hence no customer service provided. Above email ID given in ECPS T&C for candidates to contact incase of any clarification on the updates.
6) Interview was slotted overnight and asked to attend walk-in without giving any details of the Job or Company profile. Not the way to treat a person with 25 years experience.
7) Inspite of insisting that the refund amount be informed to me before processing, ECPS ignored and straight away credited/refunded only 27%).
8) ECPS T&C are manipulated and tweaked as per their convenience as I was not asked to fill Form 1 (which is Mandatory as per T&) or send the Signed T&C agreement by email /scan copy of hard copy at office (again mandatory as per T&C), but was just asked to make payment online.
9) However, for claiming Refund, was insisted that Form 2 needs to manually filled and sent to them for processing.
10) No mention in T&C that refund will be credited to account only on 20th or 30th of the month.

Hence my claim that ECPS made false promises before collecting my Joining fee and post that did not provide any suitable customer service. Therefore seeking full refund.

Thanks for above...but too late a response just to share an email id. Anyways I have sent mail to [protected]@exaltconsulting.in on the 24th of Aug at 12.55. Wait for a response. Feel free to advise if any further details required.
As I can see from other complaints, ECPS sending introductory emails and / or arranging last minute interviews seems a complete fake as many seem to be getting such emails. Obviously it cant be co-incidental for all. People who are able to give a reason for not being able to attend the last minute interview call are lucky and others loose the eligibility even for a token refund.
Share the email id of your Grievance team. Alternately, all details already shared with Latha from your Refunds team.

    It’s been 1 month and no service been provided by them. When asked for Refund, 20times phones are cut. When call for added services, they will call you 20times.
    Completely fraud company. Never enrol with them.
    It’s been 2 months and they have just kept my money with them with no refund yet.

      Im a Registered member of exalt from few Months, Initially i was Having lot of trouble while Connecting the team and was upset With the Service and then i marked my query for support department regarding my issue the support team Helped me with it and resolved it with a spam of time

        It is a very horrible experience with Exalt consultancy. I Have connected to their services on[protected] and not get interviews scheduled for 2 months. I got the job with my own efforts and requested for a refund on[protected]. I have communicated with them through 21 mails. they promised me that a refund will be initiated on 20 or 30 th of May. then you postponed it to 20 th of june, 30 th of june again 20 th of july. But still today no refund was initiated. disconnecting the calls and not answering properly. very carless.

            I paid for job interviews to be offered through the consultant and I opted for goa location and as administration role. After payment there was no correspondence from them and no body picks the calls and after 45 days i get just get 1 mail for an irrelevant role.. They are fake people.

                        As i have been registered with exalt.. My Validity Period was 3 months, and they have provided me with the services.. The Placement team have Scheduled up 3 Interviews but i havent attended coz of my personal reason.. I have escalated this to the refund department & they have helped in the process of refund... I havent receive the amount, , I have jus got the 50% amount for what i actually i have paid but its fair enough as they have schedule up the Interview as well i make sense too..

                          All the Executive of exalt have been very helpful towards there duty.. as i am a registered member they have been providing with the services which is suitable for my job role... all the department have been very helpful in resolving my issues and queries.. even if i couldn't get in touch when i call them after few mints ill get a call back from support department for resolving my issues..

                            I Registered last two months back for the job IN ECPS ...i received good response from ecps and heleped a lot on my interviews scheduled ...and the first thing thanks for support team for understanding my queries on my job role..based on my profile i got interview in the it company...now im successfully completed my interview ...im working in good position ...once again thanks for all from ECPS

                                    Had enrolled with them post talking to Megha and deposited the money. It’s been nearly 1 month now and nothing has moved even an inch. Horrible service as no one picks the call, neither Megha and the customer care is even horrible, the moment you say refund - they cut the call.

                                    It’s complete harassment and I definitely intend to file a case against them.

                                    We have asked our support team to be in touch with you meanwhile even you can connect to our support team on [protected] your concern will be addressed and taken on prioirty
                                    Hi Team - Filled all the details and I was told that within 10 days, the refund will be done.
                                    It’s 20days now, it is only getting delayed and prolonged, will Exalt pay my money with interest.

                                      They took money from me and didn't even provided any single placement opportunity to me till date. Initially they committed to give me the job with in 3 days but the date i registered in this company on April 2022 till now they didn't even called me whenever I called them they mentioned that we are working on your profile but later no response.
                                      Most of the times either their phone lines are busy or else if answered they provide fake statements. Now I need my money back which I paid them .

                                      Just go to [protected]@INSTAMOJO from whom you got your receipt for Payment made for your registration. click on "REPORT AN ISSUE", It will show all your payment details & click on create a case. it will generate one user id & you create password. Then you select an option "SERVICE NOT RECIEVED" & write some thing about the problems faced by you after your payment to ECPS & submit. it will resolve within 7 days time. If problem does not solve, then you may escalate to their ISO AUDITORS who can cancel their ISO certificate. Again for getting ISO certificate from the Authorities, ECPS has to spend lakhs of money. So they will refund your entire money

                                        I wanted to seek Job opportunities in India on urgent basis as we wanted to settle down here it self. I approached few job consultancy and exalt consultancy placement services as marked with good ratings I decided to go for same. As promised by them, I was suppose to get my refund back in case of finding job from other source. I haven't received my refund of rps 5000/- since 4 months and I have been back of them since 4 months now. I haven't received any update over same. I have been fooled everyday saying that I shall get my refund on end of the month. I tried talking many ways but no success.
