Myself Rajeev.

I onboarded in 2018 where i paid 5416/- for Exalt Consultancy and received no interviews or any service. Post which, when i asked for refund, they denied it.

This time, they approached me telling to give a 2nd chance mentioning my RESUME is shortlisted in top MNCs and will surely get the placement and also reimburse my last amount. I paid 4500/-
Now, they are again rejecting my calls and not responding at all. No interviews are scheduled yet. I have paid total of 9916/- for nothing.
These guys are really fraudulent where they take money from people giving fake commitments.

Hence, i need your support in getting my entire money back. I am reachable on [protected] for a discussion. If you need the payment receipts from my side, do let me know.

This is the 2nd time i was forced to onboard. Divya Hedge was the person who contacted me last time, i paid 5416/- didn't get either any service or my refund. This time they told will fix my issue and made me pay 4500/-. Now i am facing the same issue where my calls are rejected, no interviews scheduled for the MNCs they committed, overall, no response for anything we ask for.
This is really fraudulent where i have paid total of 9916/- in total for nothing.
It was also committed i will get my previous amount refund which is also not happening now.

I need my refund back, else have to move legally. I am reachable on +91-[protected]

All the efforts you guys have put across is excellent.. i am very happy taking up your services thank you so much for helping me out...

All the Executive of exalt have been very helpful towards there duty.. as i am a registered member they have been providing with the services which is suitable for my job role... all the department have been very helpful in resolving my issues and queries.. even if i couldn't get in touch when i call them after few mints ill get a call back from support department for resolving my issues..

Fake and worst consultancy which no one should look at it.

This is the worst consultancy that I have seen so far. Exalt members are very informative till the registration amount gets credited into their account. Later, no one will be responsible for finding the jobs based on our requirements.

I fed up with this worst service and tried to claim for the refund. The mail they have mentioned in the website also a fraud mail which I could not send the mail from my registered mail ID.

I have attached all the screenshots and the phone numbers of the people that I have spoken with.

In short, A fake and worst consultancy which no one should look at it.

For your refernce kindly find and block and report all these numbers namely one lady name Ms.Divya Hegde(+91 [protected]) and Mr.Nahid([protected])who only talks till the payment after then she wont pick the call and not even bother about us

I had paid money to Exalt consulting for a job placement services they took money from me dod not provide any services as promised in tge beginning kept sending message that thay have been sharing my profile with companies without any documented proof which I have been asking for again & again for last 5 months now they have sent me a courier that they can't refund my money paid to them os Rs. 5416/_ its a professional money laundering company cheating job seekers taking money from them.

I received a call from this placement saying that they will offer me a job and i paid them . In the month of April 2022 i submitted my profile they said within 3 months they will give me a job. Once i paid them money i called them several times asking about my status but no one picked up my call. till date they are not giving my refund as well . and even if by mistakenly someone picks up they gave me some fake commitments but neither offered me anything.

kindly look into this asap i need my money back else i need to take this to the next leve

Dear Team,

I have enrolled for Exalt Placement services for securing placements & hence paid 3611 as a Refundable fees in case I secure an employment on my own.

I have secured a job offer on my own & hence notified to exalt team & they agreed to refund the same to me by Oct 30, 2022.

But even after rigorous follows through emails & telephonic call neither I got any revert nor any refund.

Pl take strict action against such a fraud company which loots money in the name of placing candidates & even after promising the refund it doesn't pay back.

I am attaching the snapshot of payment receipt for reference. Requesting you to kindly assist for refund.

Collecting money as a registration then sending fake interview call. till no result nor refund.

ECPS first contacted me on 22nd Nov 2021 with a confirmed promise of placement and charged me Rs.5416/- for 3 months and if no placement is provided there would be confirmed refund. However, after payment they were never contactable to provide the refund form.

So, the series started and they gave me just 2 contacts for F2F interview and the email was sent the previous night which was seen by me at night so next day going for interview was not feasible. Apart from that there were series of some 8-10 emails confirming that my profile is shared and I would get a call but that call never come. They I do not think share any profile just a fake email to candidate.

This continues and as usual there were no placement done and I never got the email for refund and hence could not initiate any.

After that again on 3rd June Ms Megha Reddy calls me up to confirm that there is a ready vacany and for that they need the registration fees. I was not okay since I already had a bad experience with ECPS. On asking which company she is calling from she confirmed ECPS so I raised my concern to her and she was quick enough to share the Refund Form and asked me to repay again. She confirmed in many words that this is not fake and she has a role readily available. So I pay again. Post that neither she is contactable. Nor my previous refund is getting processed. Email chain in going on for last 2 months for previous refund.

This is to bring the malpractices followed by exalt placement services banglore. They have taken the advance if 5000 plus gst and not been able to arrange a single meaningful interview for my level and exp.
When I have asked my money back which they promised theyvhave stopped responding to my emails and calls

Claimed my CV has been shortlisted by a company and that Interview will be slotted as soon as Joining fee is paid. So paid Rs. 5416/- under the assurance that full refund will be provided if no job offers made in 3 months. The lady stopped picking my calls or responding to my emails post the payment.

Got few email updates saying CV sent to XYZ company but no details of Job Profile (against which the CV was sent) was not shared. CVs were sent to a completely different industry instead of my industry with 25 years of experience.

2 months post registration, on complaining that no interview has been slotted yet (although promised earlier that my CV is shortlisted) and that I am eligible for full refund on completion of 3 months, ECPS slotted an Interview schedule overnight and asked to attend a Walkin next day morning. No details of Job/Company profile was shared. Being out of station, reverted back to the email requesting for Online interview if possible. No response or acknowledgement received on this.

On completion of 3 months, applied for Refund, ECPS employees called up twice to apologize saying the Lady who handled my profile did not do her job well and that they promise to take care of my profile personally and asked for another 1 month and withdrawal of my refund application. I refused and insisted on full refund.

After more than 60 days and repeated follow ups, got a refund of Rs. 1500/- (about 27% of the total paid amount). ECPS retained about Rs. 4000/- for NIL service provided. Hence I claim full refund due reasons below:
1) False promise made that CV has been shortlisted. This was with the intent of making me pay the joining fee immediately.
2) ECPS person failed to respond to my repeated emails and calls and hence no service provided.
3) CVs where sent to a completely different Industry and no Job profile was shared with me for any. No transparency for candidate to know if the profile really fits his requirement and expertise.
4) ECPS staff themselves agreed that my Profile was not properly handled by their earlier colleague and hence no interview as slotted. Have names of the ECPS people who agreed.
5) No response to my email to "[protected]@exaltconsuting.com" and hence no customer service provided. Above email ID given in ECPS T&C for candidates to contact incase of any clarification on the updates.
6) Interview was slotted overnight and asked to attend walk-in without giving any details of the Job or Company profile. Not the way to treat a person with 25 years experience.
7) Inspite of insisting that the refund amount be informed to me before processing, ECPS ignored and straight away credited/refunded only 27%).
8) ECPS T&C are manipulated and tweaked as per their convenience as I was not asked to fill Form 1 (which is Mandatory as per T&) or send the Signed T&C agreement by email /scan copy of hard copy at office (again mandatory as per T&C), but was just asked to make payment online.
9) However, for claiming Refund, was insisted that Form 2 needs to manually filled and sent to them for processing.
10) No mention in T&C that refund will be credited to account only on 20th or 30th of the month.

Hence my claim that ECPS made false promises before collecting my Joining fee and post that did not provide any suitable customer service. Therefore seeking full refund.

It’s been 1 month and no service been provided by them. When asked for Refund, 20times phones are cut. When call for added services, they will call you 20times.
Completely fraud company. Never enrol with them.
It’s been 2 months and they have just kept my money with them with no refund yet.

Im a Registered member of exalt from few Months, Initially i was Having lot of trouble while Connecting the team and was upset With the Service and then i marked my query for support department regarding my issue the support team Helped me with it and resolved it with a spam of time

It is a very horrible experience with Exalt consultancy. I Have connected to their services on[protected] and not get interviews scheduled for 2 months. I got the job with my own efforts and requested for a refund on[protected]. I have communicated with them through 21 mails. they promised me that a refund will be initiated on 20 or 30 th of May. then you postponed it to 20 th of june, 30 th of june again 20 th of july. But still today no refund was initiated. disconnecting the calls and not answering properly. very carless.

I'm very thankful and pleased that I have enrolled with the firm and I have been processed my profile to verious companies even I have recieved the response from the companies as well

I paid for job interviews to be offered through the consultant and I opted for goa location and as administration role. After payment there was no correspondence from them and no body picks the calls and after 45 days i get just get 1 mail for an irrelevant role.. They are fake people.

It's an better opportunity for a job seeker, the agents working in this exalt are so good and so polite.. They will speak with an good tone when I called Support team they are always to supportive to the quarries. They have helped me each and every time with my profile process or interview issues..Thank you Exalt for all your support

After giving so many calls I haven't received any update over refund. They committed me that I shall get my refund by today but every time they give new excuse. I shall be taking legal actions further.

I have been for waiting for refund since 4 months now. After giving so many calls I haven't received any update over yet. I was promised that I shall get my refund by today end of the day but haven't received any update yet.
