I subscribed to ECPS in Nov 2019 based on a conversation with a lady called Sania. She promised job opportunities with MNCs and once i made the payment she dissappeared. They could not secure one interview. They kept saying profile is being shared and i would get calls from Company. Not even one call i got. Also they kept referring me to incorrect job profiles for which i called helpdesk many times but of no use. After the term was over i asked for a refund. It has been 11 months since i subscribed to this fraud company and till date they are not even processing my refund. Please help. I am proceeding with a FIR too as this fraud company needs to be taught a lesson.

I am a job seeker. This company is fraud. They committed to provide job opportunities with assurance of receiving calls from companies as well and if not satisfied amount will be refunded. Its been almost 3 months and they only send mails that your cv has been sent but there is no revert from any of company. They don't even provide job description etc.

In fact in recent instance they mentioned forwarding my cv to au small finance bank and when i contacted bank they denied of any opening for finance controller.

All this make me feel 100% that they are a fake company. They are not refunding my money (Inr 3k) as well.

Because of all mental suffering and playing with sentiments of job seeker i want refund greater than 3k (Don't want to quote any amount) so that it wil l be a teaching for them.

Guys! Iam planning to file fir and further a suite in court. If anyone of you have been cheated by exaltconsulting.in and have valid proofs, pl drop ur whatsapp no to [protected] (By sms only)

Forward it to as many as possible victims. To teach them a lesson!

All involved need to be behind the bars, even if we have to shell more money out of our pocket.

Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] is fraud company.

First they demand for partial pay and after getting placed then rest of amount need to be paid. But later they will cheat as " 3 months completed" and the registration expired and Need to re register again. Not a single interview scheduled. This is fake consultancy...Need to be shut down.

Whosoever is reading this article.   PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not pay a single penny of your hard-earned money to these bunch of cheaters in this company.   Their salespeople with the names of Nisha, Farzana will try to show a very rosy picture of prospects on your profile and will make you believe that they will place you in the next couple of weeks in companies like Microsoft, Google, etc.   My humble request to everyone - pl do not fall into the trap of these people.   They are just cheaters and money suckers.   Their main business is to just loot the customers and NOTHING ELSE.   They don't have placement services.   Their think-tank is focussed only on cheating the job seekers and get away from the office if any Police raid their premises.   They close their office for a few months and re-open and start the same operations again and again.

My request to everyone, PL DO NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY TO THIS FIRM

Exalt consulting placement services pvt. Ltd has taken money at nov-2019 & assured to arrange interviews also placement, but unable to arrange the same.
As per their policy they will refund the money incase they unable to arrange placement within 6 months.

After completing 6 months while i have filled refund request form, they acknowledged the but not returned the money.

Malini k from exalt consulting placement services pvt. Ltd. Collected inr 6416/- promising to line up interview for my suitable position, its almost 6 month not a single interview was been arranged.

I got trapped in net of ecps through so called employee megha. Her swindling commitment to get a suitable job opportunty in good pharma company as per my competancies. She got trasferred rs 5416/- in ecps account and sent a receipt which is attched. Bill no 25622 on dated[protected].
The condition was if suitble job was not through then after some deduction the amount would be remitted onpassing of three month span. If job is through then rs 25000/- from first month salary to be given to the agency for their good efforts.
On getting deal they do not reply on my call. Megha mobile no. Is [protected].
I feel cheated from this fraud. Action should be taken on the so called epcs pvt ltd. The agency is commiting crime in day time by deceiting really needy people.

Don't pay any money for Exalt consulting . their office in Bangalore. there are many girls employed . they are all cheaters. swati is Queen of all cheaters. Initially they will call & say within a week time interview will be arranged send you the registration fee, they will call you again & again make sure that you will the fee. once paid they will send contract. this is also another fake drama. Beware of this consultancy. they will take only money doing nothing.

They have scheduled an interview on 24th Dec 2019 at Hitachi Consulting Software Services India Pvt Ltd. at 9:00 AM. at Nanakramguda, Hyderabad Office. I have been given a contact person's Name as Shiva Goud. But after reaching there in the company I have been informed that there is no interview scheduled for anyone for any position in tie up with Exalt Consulting Placement Services. There were two candidates from Exalt who faced the same issue. They are just giving fraud interview calls without HR person's consent or company's consent. I have paid Rs.2500/- and attached a receipt of it here. I am expecting a refund from such a fraud company.

After persuasion from ecps for 3 months with lots of rosy pictures i got trapped to buy their service and paid rs.5, 416.00, on 15 march, 2019 (Receipt no.22102). Over more than 8 months they failed to arrange a single interview. They were not contactable over phone and my my emails were either not responded or gave an open reply. On 24 june, 2019 i raised a complaint in this forum but nothing happened.
As per clause 11 of the contract, they are supposed to refund my money. I sent require documents to them for refund and received a confirmation on 13 december, 2019 that they will refund it within 8 working days.in the mean time i received a call from them that they arrange interviews if i don't take the refund, which i refused and insisted on refund. But i have not received any refund yet and against my query they said it is with their management!!
Looks like it is a fraud consultancy agency and cheating job seekers. They have precedence in this regard.

When they called me first time they said they have mnc jobs and within 2 days interview will be there. So i believed and paid to them especially. 5500/- but now more than 8 months completed they didnot provide any jobs and they said to fill refund form and submit.. I did the same also but still they are not responding for my refund.. Like this so many people they have cheated.. Please take action and seal their consultancy to save unemployed youngsters money who suffering to save their family for earning money. But this people simply cheating and taking money.. Please do action on them.

I have register with this company on 10 april 2019 and as per clauses if these peoples are not able to provide jobs they have to refund all amount, in my case its 5000 rupees (Receipt bill no : 22304), now according to there follow up i have filled the refund form, submitted all my receipts and bills but since 1 months on every week they are saying its been submitted and will update you within 6 days, but i am not getting any updates from them, initially they were picking the call and repeating the same lines its with the management but now days they are not picking the calls also. I have needed my 5000 rupees asap

I registered in ecps consultancy, bangalore because nisha (Mobile -[protected]) ecsp employee promised to schedule interview for abroad jobs.. After registered, i did not get any help from them regarding abroad jobs,. I tried for refund of my money but due to unnecessary rules they rejected my refund.

I dont want these consultancy to cheat other people.

I enrolled placement service in the month of june 13th 2019 and validity was for 3 months are per the telephonic conversation with them as i [paid only for 3 months 3611/- in the 3 months period not even a single genuine interview they pick it from naukri and was sending to me when i requested for refund they told complete 3 months validity then you will be refunded with 18% gst deduction i told ok i'll wait. When validity gets over if i request for refund they are changing words and telling 6 months validity such a shameless act they are doing if i call customer support they will scold us and spoke very rudely like unprofessional people i gave a review in google for unsatisfied service now they are giving warning if review is not removed we wont refund your money. I raised a complaint in consumer forum docket number - 1611702 but they are least bothered as they see these kind of complaints everyday because they keep cheating people. Never trust this consultancy nor any people who take money and get job are cheaters not genuine i have lost my money and these people don't understand other's money how difficult it will be for them to pay and enjoy in backend owner is main cheater in this consultancy this people work for commission.

I had registered for this service in the month of may. While registering the person called mary spoke to me very decently and convinced me stating that my profile is already been shortlisted and if i register today i will get the interview call letter. And if i don’t get job in next 3 months they will refund the amount. Now it’s bern more than 3 months and i did not receive a single interview upon calling the concerned person they are talking very rude and they are the worst customer care people.
I need the amount to be refunded asap

Exalt Consulting (ECPS) is a Fake consultancy. Whoever paid to them, may move legally to get back the money. Discuss with a knowledgeable lawyer whether 420 or other sections of IPC are applicable, and decide what to do after that. An important point to decide is whether civil or criminal case should be filed. Don’t bother about court fees. There are NGO’s in Bangalore who can help us to fight against this fraud agencies who eat other’s money.
