Excel Network — excel network is a fake and big fraud company.

With due respect, i would like to invite your kind attention to the fact that i have been the victim of a fraudulent situation carried out by a company named "m/s excel network" 402, fourth floor, city tower, kolte patil property, dhole patil road, pune, maharashtra, near hdfc bank and behind boat club road. I am pintu ghosh, staying in hinjewadi. Actually i was working as a freelancer with "excel network" and "prope technotype pvt ltd". They have taken 9, 750 rupees as refundable security deposit. They have assigned me for a form filling project. There is a legal agreement between us on 50 rupees govt. Stamp paper. They were giving 5, 000 forms for 30 days. And i am bound to fill up all those 5, 000 forms within 30 days. As per terms, my earning was depending on my accuracy (50 paisa to 12 rupees per form). They are not giving my earning and deposit money of rupees (3, 709 + 8, 750) = 12, 459 from third workload onward. From first workload onward, they were started breaking rules and policies. That's mean, they are not following rules and policies as per our agreement. I have all the evidences for the same.

Please find the below points as highlighted.

1. They are not giving my money (Earning) for third workload since 18th february 2019. They don't have intention to giving my money. They always saying, we will transfer your money as soon as possible.

2. Suddenly they dropped an email on 21st february 2019. And saying, they had a dispute with their clients for this form filling project. Due to this reason, their client has discontinued this project from their end. It was announced in the middle of my assignment, when i was asking for 4th workload. I asked them, how can a foreign company terminate and close their ongoing project by overnight with immediate effect. But they didn't answer me.

3. On the same email (21st february 2019), they mentioned that they will refund my deposit money. But they are not refunding my deposit money till now. I already sent many emails for my money. It's already 46 days over but still they didn't give my money.
4. Now they were not picking up my phone calls. Many times they put their phone numbers in switch off mode during 10 am to 6 pm (Business hours). Most of the times they are delaying to respond my emails as well.

5. Very frequently they are changing customer support numbers and email id's without any intimation. Even they redirected their previous domain (http://www.xcelnetwork.in) to new domain (http://safeco.bpodata.com). it might be bad intention. Please find all the below phone numbers they have given to me for support.

6. From second workload onward, they were giving jazzy, unclear and unfair forms. That is very hard to read those types of forms. I think they are doing it intentionally. I dropped few emails for these types of forms. I did request many times for this issue. But the result was same (Unchanged).

7. They were taking more than 5 working days to produce qc report. Actually they should take maximum 5 working days. But as per agreement and policies, they can take maximum 5 working days. I got surprised when i got to know; they were giving wrong qc report intentionally. There is a one reason; they don’t want to pay much.

8. Many times i didn't able to connect server (Form filling) because the server was shut down. Generally that server should open all the time (24x7). For this issue, i sent emails with all the valid details and i did request to extend the deadline but they didn't accept my request.

9. There is another big reason as server (Website) was taking long time (35 seconds to 2 minutes) to save forms. Generally it should take couple of seconds to save a form. I thing, they did something in background for this issue.

10. From second workload onward, they were taking more than 10 working days to transfer my money. But as per terms and conditions, they are supposed to take maximum 10 working days to transfer my earning after qc report produced. Till now, they did not transfer my money.
