Complained many times about the net issue, no proper internet, always disconnecting, technicians said there's a problem and which they are not able to identify and solve. They say we will keep in observation and we will rectify issue but closing complaint with out solving. Customer calling customer care but they say no complaint is there ..complained solved and taking new complaint every time. No updates given to customer about the complaint. And finally they said to cancel the contract since we are not able to provide you proper internet and issue will be like this only. So I asked for full refund since you admitted the problem is from excell broadband side and they are not able to solve the issue so kindly refund the amount which you took from me that is installing charges+ days you haven't provided the internet. You cannot betray a customer and denial of service to customer is a crime. I have a proof of excell broadband saying they can't provide the service and issue is from their side and asked the customer to remove connection and they said they will refund the amount.
