Complained many times about the net issue, no proper internet, always disconnecting, technicians said there's a problem and which they are not able to identify and solve. They say we will keep in observation and we will rectify issue but closing complaint with out solving. Customer calling customer care but they say no complaint is there ..complained solved and taking new complaint every time. No updates given to customer about the complaint....

Excell broadband vijayawada promised me 50mbps speed but are only providing me between 11 or 12 i have applied for 499 ruppes plan which sums upto 580 ruppes including taxes which i have agreed upon but they are providing very less speed but are taking money...

I have a broadband connection with Excell Media with an ID 77352 and I have been their customer since 2017. Recently from the starting of this year I am facing much problem with the internet connection and restoration is taking days together.
