excell, vijayawada technicians not able to provide proper internet service, requested customer to cancel connection, refund

Complained many times about the net issue, no proper internet, always disconnecting, technicians said there's a problem and which they are not able to identify and solve. They say we will keep in observation and we will rectify issue but closing complaint with out solving. Customer calling customer care but they say no complaint is there ..complained solved and taking new complaint every time. No updates given to customer about the complaint. And finally they said to cancel the contract since we are not able to provide you proper internet and issue will be like this only. So I asked for full refund since you admitted the problem is from excell broadband side and they are not able to solve the issue so kindly refund the amount which you took from me that is installing charges+ days you haven't provided the internet. You cannot betray a customer and denial of service to customer is a crime. I have a proof of excell broadband saying they can't provide the service and issue is from their side and asked the customer to remove connection and they said they will refund the amount. Providing false information about their internet service

Excell broadband vijayawada promised me 50mbps speed but are only providing me between 11 or 12 i have applied for 499 ruppes plan which sums upto 580 ruppes including taxes which i have agreed upon but they are providing very less speed but are taking money

Irresponsible and delayed service by Internet Provider

I have a broadband connection with Excell Media with an ID 77352 and I have been their customer since 2017. Recently from the starting of this year I am facing much problem with the internet connection and restoration is taking days together. Recently on Friday at 11.30 am I had lodged a complaint with Excell Media Ongole Manager regarding the internet connectivity issue he said that he we will look into the issue tomorrow ie., Saturday (23.05.2020) stating that the time has over and there were pending complaints to be rectified. I understood the problem they are facing at this pandemic and reminded about the complaint on Saturday morning at around 7.45am and requested him to rectify at the earliest and a positive response was received from the manager but no attempt was done.
Again I called to the Manager regarding the issue but he said that one by one we are resolving the issues and restoration will take some time. I have waited and called the Manager several times in the evening and received no response from him.
Next on Sunday I called him and enquired about the issue, he casual said that we will look after tomorrow as there is no service person available on Sunday. I had seriously explained about my situation and the immediate necessity of the internet personally and professionally as I am working as an IT officer of a Bank where I need to attend few mails and video conference with higher official of our bank. The Manager has visited the site in the evening at around 7.30pm on Sunday and said that the Fibrenet wire got cut, due to no proper light the problem will be rectified tomorrow morning at early hours. I have called the manager at 10.45am on Monday i.e., on 25.05.2020, he said that we are working on it and again when I called him he said that the problem will be resolved tomorrow.
What an irresponsible answer and service he is giving? As you all aware that work for home is essential for people like me, but the service what the Excell Media personnel is providing is unfair and not at all acceptable. For attending the call he has taken three days and after identifying the issue he is giving irrelevant answers for restoration and postponing the issue.This is not the first time I have been facing the issue.
Basing on my previous experience with their service personally I had recommended their Board band service at my work place also( Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank, ID 90690) disconnecting the BSNL Broadband. But after opting the sevice within few months I was blamed by my superiors for taking the connection. The internet connection will get disconnected whenever there is no power at the point, which is interpreting the video conference and causing much inconvenience and embracing situation before our Bank Chairman and Govt Officials. The problem is not yet resolved.
Recently on 31.03.2020, which an Annual closing day for the Banks and a very crucial day, internet connection got disconnected due to breakage in Ethernet wire at our Office which was identified by me and reported to the Manager at 10.30am and requested him to get it resolved immediately as it is a very needful day for Banks. But no one has turned up for restoration. Upon calling thrice Manager visited the office at 1pm and said that we will get the machine for connecting the wire and went off but has not turned up till 5pm. I had called the service center at Vijayawada multiple time for immediate restoration but the negligent response given by the team. And I was blamed everytime whenever the internet connection got down and all the departments are reporting of my inability.
And now personally too I am facing the issue with the service. I want to get both my connections personal (ID:77352) and official (ID:90690) to be disconnected by refunding the amount, which was also rejected by the service provider stating that it is not there in their guidelines. They are not providing the proper service which is giving Mental pressure and losing my reputation before my superiors.
