Please stop ECS authority immediately against my account No. [protected] of State Bank of India, Pandu Bahar, Kanpur, UP. Account is in the name of Sushma Gupta.

Some of your representative by manipulation got ECS authority signed about 2 years back. Today when I looked at my account statement for IT return purposes, I was astonished that the said ECS is being presented in the bank weekly and huge bank charges were deducted from my account.
In the mean time no calls, communications or personal contacts by your company, if at all ECS were bouncing.
Unfortunately, I could not follow my account since last 18 months or so due to my personal family problems.
It is very serious issue for me and your reputed company as well, when you deal in dialing and contacting, no contact was attempted, surprises me the most.
