Exide Battery — Batteries not giving Backup

Dear Sir, We had Purchased 80 Numbers Exide batteries 12V/65AH for a UPS in the year 2012.The warranty period is over.It has been found that some of the Batteries are not giving proper backup and are required to be replaced.It would be nice of you could send your service Engineer and check the batteries thoroughly so that we can place the order according to our need. I request you to kindly look in the matter at the earliest.
