Exide Industries — Battery backup Issue | |||||
Hello team, I have brought an exide tubular battery (inva blue ib 10000) with 2 years & 6 months replacement warranty on 29-3-14. unfortunately the battery malfunctioned recently & we raised a complaint with exide, then they asked us to send the battery which they then repaired & sent back to us. but it only functioned for a day & then started giving problems again. now they are accusing that the problem is with inverter & not the battery & are also not responding to emails or phone calls any more. My complain number Ebilk[protected] On dated 8/10/16, ups not charging the battery but no any one visited, kindly resolve the issue on priority basis.
