Few months ago my two wheeler exide battery found faulty . unfortunately I can't reach the dealer due to this pandemic situation also effected my village chellanam which belongs to ERNAKULAM Dist, Kerala. those days we were under triple lock down.
Now 2 months completed after hand over battery my vehicle getting damage and worst situation now kindly do needful there have no positive response from kazhuthumuttu kochi dealer and service engineer Mr.Sai janardan please do the appropriate action for the replacement of battery immediately.
