Exide Industries — Battery was still in warranty but service guys deliver an old and outdated battery instead of new replacement

I complaint for battery & service guy delivered an old & outdated battery while my battery was still in warranty.
I am chasing since last two weeks, but no one providing the reason to do the same. Gurgaon local exide guys & dealer both are rood against my call.

Having a very bad experince with exide battery...
