Exide Industries — Bought a battery but never received the bill even after chasing the dealer multiple times | |||
I bought this battery and was asked by the dealer to wait for the bill due to some technical issues in his office software. He kept on going about the bill being generated and will take time in reaching me. After talking and everything, he seemed like a professional and he was coming down himself to deliver the battery. That's why i bought the battery from him. I understood that he was facing some technical problems and i cooperated. Since then i have asked him multiple times for the bill but i didn't receive it. It would've still been understandable that a bill was generated but some changes needed so they regenerate it. But in case of my purchase there was no bill generated. I find receive the bill and after a few days i raised it with exide care customer care email id. I haven't heard back on the request still and i don't know why i do not have the bill with me.in such a scenario how will i be compensated for the mental and physical exertion i had to go through with this behaviour from one of exide industries dealers? Do we get bills for purchase at exide or was i mistaken? When will i get a bill for my purchase? Dealer details as given by him: S. S.
