I had given my car at the service centre at longia motors rashbehari kolkata west bengal. They had lodged a complaint n 12th july. Today on 15th july the inspection is done which is after 3 days, and i have been informed that the battery is not working and it would take two days to replace the same. I am very disappointed with such service.

i have deposit foc battery etz-4 in the company. I get new battery from the exide industries but the pole of the battery
is broken. They are not changing that battery.They are saying we will not change etz-4 battery.I have exide foc challan.I am sending the foc bill photo and battery photo.
