Exide Industries — Company not contactable for Service of Car Battery purchased 10 months back

Purchased a Car Battery on 13/06/23 in Ahmedabad, Now i want a service as it is not working . The Automated Customer care expresses that it does not service to my area(CG Road Ahmedabad). How come Exide has delievered the Battery at my doorsteps in the same area if it does not serve into my area?
