We logged a service request on 1st oct for battery problem of my maruti suzuki - vdi.
There was no response / call back from exide technical team on attaining the service request after repeated follow up with call center though commitment was response within 48 hours.
On 4th evening, i was surprised to receive an sms that the service request has been resolved.
This is something which is not expected from a brand like exide. If exide does not have the capability / resource to extend support for post sales services, exide should accept and give us the correct information.
I really do not know, how to get support for the car battery since my car is non functional without the same and in a festive season.
