Exide Industries — Dealer lost my cart and company not change my battery

I purchase a battery 22/11/2020. battery is not working after 15 days of purchase. battery 4 time recharged by dealer but battery not working property.
dealer take 3 months. he lost my warranty card. now company is not replacing my battery. i have bill.
