Sir, Your employee Mr.Ranjith from your Visakhpatnam Office attended our complaint related to EXIDE battery and told my purse was misplaced so he taken money to meet his travel expenses but till he didn't turned up and promise to replace battery but failed to do so afterwards we have purchased new battery of your company.
