Sir I have purchased my excide battery on 2/11/2018 my battery give very less back up so I submit my battery on 26/11/21 they call me after one day that my batter is dead and I get replacement soon from that very day I call them many time but I don't get replacement yet as I live in Srinagar is very cold place and power shortage is sware in winter days I am very disappointed with excide service please help me in this regard
